The New England Amphibian & Reptile Rescue (NEARR)

Surrender Information:

We accept most legal species of herps (snakes, lizards, frogs or turtles). We request any applicable equipment that you may have (lighting, cages, supplements, etc.) at the time of surrender, but we do not require it.

Filling out the surrender form verifies that you agree that you hereby donate the described animal to the New England Amphibian & Reptile Rescue (NEARR). You understand and agree that the animal will become the sole property of NEARR. You further understand that you hereby relinquish all rights to the animal permanently and without further recourse. You further release NEARR from any claims, present or future, related to the disposition of such animal.

If you agree to that statement, you may surrender your Herp to NEARR by filling out our Surrender Form.

Important Notice: We apologize for any inconvienance, but NEARR will be taking a short hiatus as we restructure. We hope to update the website soon to also allow direct person to person surrenders/adoptions. During this hiatus, we will not be accepting further surrenders, but we will be back in full swing soon.
